This notice explains who operates AI Search Ready, what the free audit processes, what it stores, and how to make a privacy request.
Operator and market
AI Search Ready is operated by Yumi Uruma (漆間悠生), an individual operator based in Japan.
The United States and New Zealand are pilot target markets only. AI Search Ready does not claim an office or legal establishment in either country.
What the audit processes
- The public HTTPS URL you submit.
- Public page HTML, response headers, and robots.txt needed to produce the audit.
- One aggregate completed-audit event and, only if selected, one aggregate report-interest event.
The submitted URL, fetched content, and audit result are not written to the application database. The database keeps aggregate event totals only; those totals are not unique people, leads, orders, or revenue.
What is not part of this MVP
The application has no user accounts, advertising, third-party analytics, payment collection, or email collection. It does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Hosting and network information
The service is deployed through OpenAI Sites and runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. These hosting and security providers may process network and device information such as IP addresses, user-agent details, timestamps, requested routes, and security events to deliver and protect the service.
The operator does not intentionally write infrastructure logs, submitted URLs, fetched content, or audit results to the application database. Provider-controlled operational logs are handled under the providers' applicable policies and may be processed outside Japan. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Audience and children
The service is intended for people evaluating or responsible for public websites. It is not designed or directed to children under 13, and the MVP does not ask visitors for their age. This is an audience description, not an adults-only access restriction.

No message is sent by the site itself; selecting the link opens the visitor's email application with a suggested subject. Identity verification may be requested when reasonably necessary to protect another person's information.
